Following our exhibition and pop-up in Kyoto, we are pleased to present our **"T & Shirts" Exhibition** in both Osaka and Tokyo.
The exhibition will feature a collection centered on one-of-a-kind T-shirts and shirts hand-dyed with natural indigo and persimmon tannin.
Because clothing is in constant contact with our skin, we believe that choosing garments dyed with natural materials is also an important part of enjoying what we wear.
Another unique quality of plant-based dyeing is the way each garment gradually develops its own character over time. The more it is worn and loved, the more beautiful its expression becomes.
Indigo dyeing is traditionally said to offer benefits such as UV protection, antibacterial properties, odor resistance, and insect repellence. Persimmon tannin dyeing has also long been valued for its antibacterial, deodorizing, and preservative qualities.
In addition, we will be showcasing shirt-style haori made from organic cotton, along with our latest shirts, shorts, and other new pieces.
*Please note: Our indigo- and persimmon tannin-dyed garments are dyed by a traditional dyeing studio in Kyoto.*
We sincerely look forward to seeing you and sharing this exhibition with you.
