Sweet Potato Planting & Harvest Gathering

Last week, thanks to everyone’s support, we successfully finished planting 300 sweet potato seedlings.

We would like to sincerely thank the local community, everyone who continues to support us, all who participated, and also to @wachi_yasunba for the delicious lunch boxes.

For the first time in several years, we were able to plant food again in a field that had long been left untouched, and for that we feel deeply grateful.

From here on, aside from cutting the grass around the field, our intention is to let the sweet potatoes grow naturally until harvest.
We leave the water to the rain, the nourishment to nature, and simply observe with gratitude.

Through this experience, we realized that planting requires constant bending and squatting, and that strong knees are surprisingly important—especially with this amount of planting. It also reminded us that there are still many things to learn and improve.
Taking breaks and planting at a slow, relaxed pace feels important.

Please feel free to visit anytime to observe the field and spend time with nature.
We are excited and curious to see how everything will grow.

It was a truly enjoyable experience.
Thank you very much.
