Haori Exhibition – Tokyo

The history of the haori began with the outer garments worn by nobles and samurai during the Heian period.
During the Edo period, it spread as formal attire for samurai, eventually becoming ceremonial wear and everyday clothing for townspeople.
Over time, the haori became beloved as everyday attire for both men and women.

Our haori range from short to long lengths, suitable for everything from workwear to casual wear, allowing you to enjoy them in any setting you prefer.
Simply draping one over your shoulders completes your look, gently enriching your everyday life.

Discover this simple, versatile piece at our “Haori Exhibition.”
